A place to belong, every week, on your doorstep.
We're a Scout Group in St Andrews in Bristol: 300+ young people, 30+ volunteers and three sections, every week.
Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
Three age groups, each with its own pack, leaders and weekly programme. Tap a section to find meeting times, leader contacts and what a typical evening looks like.
Beavers
Games, crafts and simple challenges for our youngest section, with the odd sleepover along the way.
Cubs
Camps, hikes and badges for 8 to 10s, working in small teams and taking on more as they go.
Scouts
Camps, expeditions and outdoor skills for older members, who help plan and run the programme themselves.
We're recruiting our next Group Lead Volunteer.
Mike Evans is stepping back to focus on Scouting with the young people. We're looking for our next Group Lead Volunteer to lead the adult team. It's a people and planning role. Prior Scouting experience isn't required.
100+ years of Scouting in St Andrews.
We've been running weekly Scouting from St Bartholomews Road for over a century. Generations of local families have camped, kayaked, cooked and looked out for each other through the 63rd.
A second hut for the next generation.
We're working towards a second hut on the same site, so the Group can run from buildings we own and improve as a community asset, instead of relying on space we have to rent.
